The company has been funded in 2021 by two Italian Entrepreneurs, madly in love with Indonesia and with a huge and broad set of experiences, ranging from marine environment to real estate, ICT & Electronics & Software, , Additive Manufacturing & Composite Materials, Renewable Energy & Energy Storage, we are capable to observe this business from a 360 degree angle.

The Mission: Silent Seas, Thriving Communities
The maritime industry is at a turning point. gempacs aims to decarbonize our waters by replacing traditional combustion engines with advanced electric propulsion. But the goal goes beyond environmental stewardship; it is about economic empowerment. By eliminating the burden of volatile fuel costs, gempacs directly improves the livelihoods of small-scale fishermen and water taxi operators.

We understands that true change requires a holistic approach, not just a new engine. Unlike manufacturers that simply sell hardware, we deliver a complete, integrated ecosystem.
It begins with High-Efficiency Propulsion. We provide state-of-the-art electric outboard motors and retrofit kits designed to breathe new life into existing hulls or power the next generation of vessels with silent precision.
To ensure the journey never ends, we build the Solar Infrastructure. Believing the fuel of the future should be free, gempacs installs and operates solar-powered boat canopies and charging hubs in ports and remote coastal areas, making renewable energy accessible to all.
Intelligence is woven into every mile through Smart IoT Integration. Every vessel is connected via integrated software that provides real-time geo-localization, safety tracking, and intelligent battery management to optimize range and performance.
Finally, we bridge the gap by facilitating Inclusive Financing. Innovative microfinance models and grants, to allow operators to switch to electric with minimal upfront investment, paying for the system through the massive savings on fuel.
